When installation encountered problem tech support was so professional and patient so that I could complete the installation and had my task perfectly completed.

I highly recommend them to everyone here. • 4 works with windows 10 Posted by Rob on 29th Sep 2017 Great scanning tool, working with windows 10, but I had to download file firmware from OBD2 innovations website. It is a bit tricky to get file loaded up to laptop. My wife is the one who was able to get the programs working, who works with computers everyday.just need to learn more about how to work the techstream program.
